At G+D Mobile Security, the world leader in secure telecommunications systems via SIM / eSIM, we are looking for a Customer Project Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
* Planning, steering, and implementation of complex customer projects within the division Trusted Connected Devices.
* Project scope includes implementation of customer-specific eSIM and OTA solutions in our data centers and integration with third parties.
* Customers include large mobile network operators, automotive, or tech companies.
* Manage a globally distributed project team from different regions, requiring close cooperation and alignment.
* Maintain high customer orientation, especially regarding time and critical requirements.
* Communicate frequently with internal and external customers.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction with stakeholders and team members.
* Manage problems, escalations, and risks.
* Support pre-sales activities.
* Contribute to process, methods, and tool improvements.
Your Qualifications:
* University degree in a technical, economic, or natural science field.
* Proven ability to lead complex IT projects with OEM/Tier1 telecommunications or automotive companies.
* 5+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager or in a comparable role.
* Experience with SaaS, customer onboarding, testing, integration, and SIM card technology is beneficial.
* ITIL v3/v4 experience is advantageous; certification is a plus.
* Experience in project management methodology required; IPMA / PMI (PMP) / PRINCE 2 certification is highly desirable.
* Flexible, open-minded, and high customer and market orientation.
* Ability to work in a team and enjoy joint project work.
* Intercultural competence and fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
* Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, Word; familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow.
* Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
* Passion to learn and understand underlying technology for a holistic view of the business space.
Nice to Have:
* Ability to communicate in Spanish.
* Familiarity with Agile/SAFE methodologies.
* Experience in Security Domain.
* Exposure to ServiceNow or SAP as a user.
* Background as a technical engineer.
