Your Role
We are looking for a
HR Administration Generalist
for the HR Spain team, reporting to the
Spain HR Manager. You will manage operational processes related to employment relationships, including administration, compensation, and legal compliance throughout the employee lifecycle.
What you will do
Lead administration of hiring, registrations, cancellations, modifications of working hours, severance payments, and other lifecycle events.
Ensure correct end-to-end management of payroll processes (Spain In-House & Satellite Countries externalized), social security, personal income tax, etc., including implementation, legal regulation adaptation, accounting, and auditing.
Manage and implement Collective Bargaining Agreements.
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures;
handle inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and employment conditions.
Support creation and updating of HR policies reflecting best practices and strategic goals.
Manage legal and administrative aspects of international mobility and coordinate with external advisors.
Participate in process improvements, especially in systems and platforms.
Provide internal support regarding Labour Relations.
Collaborate with stakeholders and HR team on relations with unions and Work Councils.
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding from legal and system perspectives.
Control face-to-face attendance and absenteeism.
Gather documentation for audits and legal inspections.
Analyze personnel costs, monitor improvements, and ensure budget compliance.
Manage Employee Benefits programs, ensuring data accuracy.
Maintain employee files (digital and physical) and update HR platforms.
Interpret HR data for decision-making.
Handle administrative recruitment processes for trainees and ETT.
What we are looking for
Studies in Labour Relations, HR, Law, Business Administration, or similar.
Deep knowledge of Spanish labour and tax legislation.
Experience working with payroll external suppliers in other countries (preferred).
At least 5 years of similar experience.
Organizational and self-management skills.
Proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills and digital proficiency.
Proficiency in Office Suite;
knowledge of SSFF and Meta4 (preferred).
High level of English (B2-C1).
Experience in Compensation and Benefits (preferred).
Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Efficient time management.
