Our client is seeking a skilled Affiliate Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate management within the iGaming sector, a talent for optimizing relationships, and a focus on delivering strong business results.
Key Responsibilities
* Affiliate Partner Management:
o Oversee daily operations for key affiliate accounts, ensuring seamless communication and KPI achievement.
o Develop and implement customized deal structures aligned with affiliate performance goals, negotiating win-win agreements.
* Campaign Optimization:
o Monitor, evaluate, and optimize affiliate campaigns to deliver high-quality traffic and achieve conversion targets.
o Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results.
* Technical Oversight:
o Maintain an understanding of post-back integrations and campaign tracking setups (preferred but not required).
o Handle account setups, integration testing, and adherence to operational processes.
* Strategic Alignment:
o Understand operator KPIs and craft strategies that align with their growth and profitability objectives.
o Build and sustain strong operator relationships, showcasing a commitment to excellence and a competitive edge.
* Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of affiliate campaigns.
o Communicate effectively in English to manage internal and external relationships.
Requirements
* Proven experience in the iGaming industry, with a solid understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and best practices.
* Proficiency in affiliate backends and familiarity with performance metrics.
* Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to craft and close tailored deals.
* Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
* Demonstrated expertise in campaign optimization and an understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Competence with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
