An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join our successful team at International College Spain, starting January 2026. We are seeking a dynamic, skilled HR professional passionate about supporting people and driving excellence in an international school environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and payroll administration.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
* Manage employee relations, address concerns, and foster a supportive workplace culture.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws, international employment practices, and internal policies.
* Oversee payroll administration, benefits coordination, and HRIS data integrity.
* Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with school goals.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 5‑7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an educational setting.
* Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
* Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and payroll processing.
