Based in Madrid, we collaborate with global teams to develop the e-commerce platforms of tomorrow. /ppYour Role: We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive the growth and success of key sellers on our marketplace platform. You will work closely with major sellers to optimize their performance, expand their product offerings, and ensure business goals are met. This role requires a strong focus on business development, project management, and technical expertise, with a deep understanding of marketplace operations, particularly within the Spanish market. /ppKey Responsibilities: /ppBusiness Development and Planning: /pulliNegotiate with key sellers to promote relevant local selection and secure price advantages. /liliPrioritize seller growth based on market opportunity, product mix, and price advantage. /liliUnderstand main distributors in Spain for the relevant category and market demand insights to drive sales with multi-category sellers. /li /ulpSeller Operations: /pulliProvide key sellers guidance on marketplace platform operations, marketing tools, and advertising solutions. /liliExperience in marketplace operations is highly relevant. /li /ulpPromotion and Sales: /pulliCollaborate with internal/external teams to drive sales for a managed set of sellers. /liliPropose promotional activities to boost local product visibility within the overall marketplace selection. /liliManage the product mix and sales blend of local and overseas selections. /liliEnsure global teams understand Spanish market peculiarities and customer demands. /li /ulpCommodity Operation: /pulliAnalyze user demand for commodities, enrich market supply, and formulate annual product promotion rhythms according to season and product life cycle. /liliExploit seasonal trends through seller operations. /li /ulpPromotional Activities: /pulliCoordinate the annual category plan, including single brand and product traffic integration. /liliExplore innovative marketing models and negotiate co-marketing activities with stakeholders, leading the commercial relationship with key market players. /li /ulpTechnical Guidance: /pulliHave a high-level understanding of integration methods between seller ERP systems and marketplace platforms (e.g., API, middleware, CMS modules). /li /ulpProject Management: /pulliQuickly implement business innovation projects based on the local business and consumer needs in Spain. /liliManage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring clear business structure and collaboration with internal and external partners. /liliEnsure results are achieved within deadlines. /li /ulpResearch and Analysis: /pulliResponsible for overall research and analysis of platform and industry, including user, merchant, shop, commodity, and competitor data. /liliAdjust operational strategies based on market and industry conditions. /li /ulpRequirements: /pulliFull-time undergraduate degree or above. /liliFluent in English and Spanish. Mandarin is a plus. /liliMore than 1 year of relevant seller operations experience in a marketplace or as a seller marketplace manager. /liliExperience in seller operations and platform operation, familiar with brands, business models, and e-commerce platform operations. /liliFamiliar with the Spanish distribution market. /liliDeep understanding of brand operation and the ability to analyze online and offline market conditions and consumer behavior. /liliExpertise in commercial development with marketplace sellers. /liliExperience in promotion planning, organization coordination, and resource integration. /liliStrong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. /liliStrong ability in data processing and analysis, with proficiency in Excel. /liliExtensive experience in business cooperation, negotiation, and purchasing commodities. /liliExcellent experience in innovative project management and marketing is preferred. /li /ulpApplication Process: /ppReady to embark on this journey with us?
