Job Purpose
This position involves selling commercial products on demand at the airport, responding to inquiries, managing complaints, troubleshooting customer service issues, and providing general information about products, transactions, and policies. Additionally, providing 24/7 support to our handling provider for various situations such as booking assistance and incident resolution.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist customers at airports
* Manage commercial requirements like adding products on demand
* Resolve doubts related to bookings, residents, fraud, etc.
* Respond to inquiries and complaints affecting customers
* Provide information on products, transactions, and policies
* Ensure procedures follow Vueling standards
* Collaborate with VAS and Ground Operations teams
* Support internal departments as needed
* Complete and update call notes and reports in the system
Qualifications and Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1-2 years in airport or customer service environments
Competencies: Excellent customer service, passion for service, results-driven, team-oriented, organized, committed, decisive, dynamic, motivated, stress management skills
Languages: English C1 level
Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with Vueling systems (Navitaire, Aims, WorldTracer), ground operations policies, and company principles
