The Role
The Analog Architecture team consists of a multi-disciplinary group involved from early product specification and analysis to define power management architecture, optimize analog IP integration, and improve power efficiency and performance of the SoCs.
Key Responsibilities
As an Analog Architecture Associate Engineer at OpenChip, you will work with a team of engineers to develop and verify analog and power architecture for System-on-Chip (SoC) designs. You will support Analog IP integration, power management development, verification, and validation of power estimation models at chip and system levels.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Design analog IP to improve PPA (Performance-Power-Area).
* Evaluate and verify analog IP integration.
* Support full-chip AMS verification.
* Support modeling and analysis of high-speed interconnects in chiplets.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of solid experience in IP/SoC design.
* Master's or PhD in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Knowledge of energy-efficient chip/system design fundamentals and tradeoffs.
Knowledge of low power design techniques such as multiple voltage domains, clock gating, power gating, and dynamic voltage-frequency scaling (DVFS).
Solid knowledge of simulators and design flow used in modern SoC, such as analog and AMS simulators.
