We are currently strengthening our presence in Spain and are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support local digital communication and growth initiatives.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving local marketing activities in Spain, increasing brand awareness, supporting community growth, and developing engaging digital content across channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt and localize marketing materials for the Spanish market
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies
• Manage and grow social media channels
• Create content plans and produce engaging content (posts, stories, reels)
• Analyze the performance of digital campaigns
• Collaborate with influencers, micro-influencers, and local opinion leaders
• Support the organization of marketing events
• Work closely with sales, design, and translation teams
• Support distributors with marketing materials
• Contribute to promotional campaigns and activations
• Monitor trends in wellness and digital marketing
• Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities
• Prepare xpzdshu regular performance reports

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media
• Strong content creation and brand communication skills
• Experience with social media management and digital campaigns
• Strong communication and networking abilities
• Creative, proactive, and independent approach to work
• English — B2+
• Spanish — fluent or native
• Russian — B1
• Experience working in international teams is a plus
• Experience in the wellness or direct sales industry is an advantage
