As a Business Development Representative, you will be a crucial part of our sales department. The role requires a proactive approach, and you will play a key role in our growth strategy.

This is what you’ll be doing:
Contacting potential customers via phone and email
Identifying needs and booking meetings for our sales team
Maintaining and updating customer information in our CRM system
Contributing to achieving team goals and KPIs
About you:
~2-5 years of experience in meeting booking, sales, or related fields
~ Be result-oriented and enjoy working towards targets
~ Work independently and maintain a positive attitude
~ Strong and confident phone manner is essential.
~ Strong eye for detail, inquisitive nature and objection handling skills
~ Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian
