Experience
* 8+ years of relevant experience working with Oracle ERP Suite (On-premise / SaaS) domain.
* 4+ years of experience leading or managing a team.
* Experience in commercial negotiation, business development, solution architecture, and delivery.
* Strong project management and consulting experience with Oracle ERP implementations.
* Experience in at least two full lifecycle implementations is preferred.
* Knowledge in Project Accounting, Billing, and Costing.
* Experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
* Experience in client-facing roles.
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Develop complex pursuits: business development, participate in the sales lifecycle, and drive project delivery.
* Design target client solutions, including resourcing, location, technology, and integration, based on repeatable IP and assets.
* Support recruitment and development of team members.
* Deliver exceptional service across engagements.
* Manage diverse teams, supporting their development, career aspirations, and well-being.
* Handle ERP solution design, fit-gap analysis, training, and testing sessions.
* Engage and collaborate with client stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Competencies / Skills
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
* Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.
* Excellent customer handling skills and leadership abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel for client site work.
Education
* Degree in an IT-related field.
* Project Management certifications are a plus.
* Oracle ERP certification is a plus.
