Join our fast-growing company, a leader in its field, as our bGlobal IT Business Partner for Salesforce CRM /b, based in Madrid. /p pYou will be both a strategic advisor and a hands‑on contributor in shaping, delivering, and optimizing the organization’s CRM environment to transform the patient and customer journey. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 h3Strategic Advisory /h3 ul liPartner with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations leadership to define Salesforce roadmap supporting patient acquisition, engagement, and retention. /li liShape Salesforce strategy to optimize the patient lifecycle – from first contact through treatment and long‑term care. /li liStay abreast of Salesforce platform developments (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Einstein AI) and advise stakeholders on their potential value. /li liEnsure solutions comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, local data privacy requirements). /li liRepresent business needs in IT planning and portfolio management, balancing short‑term enhancements with long‑term strategy. /li /ul h3Hands‑On Delivery /h3 ul liTranslate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud). /li liManage Salesforce backlog: prioritize enhancements, oversee sprints/releases, and ensure high‑quality delivery. /li liPartner with IT architects to integrate Salesforce with EHR/EMR, ERP and Data platforms, billing systems, and third‑party fertility/healthcare applications. /li liEnsure data governance, security, and compliance are embedded in all solutions. /li liDefine KPIs such as patient lead conversion, referral success, engagement metrics, and case resolution time to track CRM impact. /li liDrive user adoption and change management through enablement, communication, and training activities. /li liIdentify opportunities for process automation (e.g., appointment scheduling, referral tracking, treatment progress notifications) to increase ROI. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liServe as the single point of contact between IT and business for CRM topics. /li liBuild trust with business leaders by providing thought leadership and tangible solutions. /li liFacilitate workshops, demos, and decision‑making sessions with both technical and non‑technical audiences. /li liBuild strong partnerships with vendors and Salesforce consultants to deliver industry‑specific solutions. /li /ul h3What you need /h3 h3Academic training /h3 p• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s a plus). /p h3Experience /h3 ul li7+ years of IT/business partnering, product ownership, or business analysis experience with at least 3–5 years in Salesforce CRM. /li liHands‑on Salesforce experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud is a plus). /li liExperience working in the healthcare, fertility, or life sciences sector with knowledge of patient/customer lifecycle is a plus. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liFamiliarity with the integration of Salesforce with EHR/EMR or patient management systems – is a plus. /li liUnderstanding of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, local health data protection laws) is a plus. /li liSalesforce certifications preferred (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant). /li /ul pWe offer you the possibility of joining a team of recognised prestige and an organisation where human capital is very important and where you will have the opportunity to develop professionally. /p pIVI‑RMA Global is committed to Diversity, Inclusion, Equal Treatment and Opportunities, especially with Sustainable Development Goal 5 (SDG), Gender Equality, and the fight against discrimination in any form.
