Planet Pharma are working with an expanding Medical Device Company, who are currently seeking an experienced TAVI Market Access Specialist to join their team.
As Market Access Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping the commercial strategy for our TAVI portfolio in Spain. Your role will focus on ensuring access to our products in key markets, optimizing reimbursement pathways, and driving business growth by building strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Market Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute commercially driven market access strategies that maximize revenue potential.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including payers, healthcare providers, and industry partners, to secure product adoption.
* Value Proposition Communication: Develop impactful materials such as value dossiers and presentations that highlight clinical and economic benefits to commercial stakeholders.
* Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to address market access challenges and enable growth opportunities.
* Pricing and Negotiations: Support the pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness while aligning with reimbursement processes in Spain.
* Policy and Market Monitoring: Keep track of policy changes and market dynamics that could impact commercial opportunities for TAVI products.
* Performance Analytics: Analyze market access outcomes and business performance to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Health Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
* Proven track record in market access, sales, or business development within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
* Commercially minded with the ability to translate technical insights into business growth.
* Deep understanding of the Spanish healthcare system and reimbursement landscape.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence commercial stakeholders.
* Results-driven, with analytical capabilities to assess market data and drive actionable insights.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
