Job Title: Strategic European Sales Manager
Company: A Global Medical Devices Company in Diabetes
Location: Remote in Western Europe, with International Travel in EMEA
Role reports to the Head of International Business & VP
Responsibilities
* Grow international business, develop overseas distributors, and achieve assigned sales targets.
* Market Development & Planning
o Create and implement European market expansion strategies, nurture client relationships, and support distributors in building and scaling effective sales channels.
o Attend international trade exhibitions, monitor local market conditions, analyze competitors, and report relevant insights to the marketing team.
* Customer Support & Training
o Visit clients as needed and deliver product training to ensure proper understanding and use.
* Additional Responsibilities
o Comply with company policies and procedures, adapt to role or task adjustments based on business needs, and complete other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
* EMEA/ European Sales experience in Diabetes within Medical Devices or the Pharmaceutical Sector
* Bachelor’s degree or higher; strong spoken and written English required.
* Proficiency in French or German is a plus.
* Medical or healthcare-related background preferred; familiarity with international trade processes and responsibility for the European market.
