We're looking for a versatile Full Stack Engineer - a builder who’s curious, autonomous, and eager to grow into someone who can think like both a developer and a product manager. This role is perfect for someone junior or mid-level who’s not afraid to explore, learn quickly, and deliver real value across projects.
What You'll Work On
We have 15+ active clients - from publishers to eCommerce brands to performance agencies - with slightly different infrastructures, now increasingly standardized. You’ll work on:
* AI-driven tools: embedding GPT-4 and other services into internal and client-facing apps
* Multi-MTA dashboards: enhancing our Virtual Deliverability Manager for SparkPost, qMail, and Amazon SES
* Mautic plugin development: building features to automate campaigns and improve UX for marketing teams
* Web apps & UIs: building lightweight tools and landing pages using modern frameworks
* API integrations: connecting CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
* Client-specific solutions: helping us propose, spec, and implement solutions for companies like Nestlé, Tradedoubler, Brown-Forman and Moonshot Marketing.
What We’re Looking For
* You can code full stack: Python (FastAPI), JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React or Vue/Angular
* You’re familiar with (or eager to learn): SQL, Airflow, Amazon Athena, Docker, YAML, Amazon Web Services, Mautic, WhatsApp & Codex.
* You understand the value of frugality and working with efficient, lean architectures
* You can speak decent English in non-formal conversations (you don’t need to be fluent—just clear)
* You care about products, not just code: you enjoy understanding users and thinking about UX and outcomes
* You’re independent and organized, capable of managing your time and priorities
* You’re comfortable with variety and navigating imperfect setups—sometimes you’ll need to figure out the way forward
* You’re interested in how AI can be used meaningfully, not just as a buzzword and willing to find or build an efficient and diverse team of AI Agents to collaborate with us.

Lo que harás
Tenemos más de 15 clientes activos—desde publishers y marcas de eCommerce hasta agencias de performance—con infraestructuras diversas pero cada vez más estandarizadas. Trabajarás en:
* Herramientas con IA: integrando GPT-4 y otros servicios en apps internas y de cliente

Lo que buscamos
* Sabes desarrollar Full Stack: Python (FastAPI), JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React o Vue/Angular
* Conoces (o quieres aprender): SQL, PostgreSQL, Airflow, Amazon Athena, Docker, YAML, Amazon Web Services, Mautic, WhatsApp for Business
* Valorás la frugalidad y trabajar con arquitecturas eficientes y ligeras
* Puedes comunicarte en inglés conversacional (informal, pero claro y funcional)
* Te importa el producto, no solo el código: te interesa el usuario, la UX y el impacto
* Eres autónomo y organizado, capaz de priorizar y gestionar tu tiempo
* Te sientes cómodo con la variedad y los entornos imperfectos: sabes adaptarte y proponer caminos
* Te interesa aplicar la IA con propósito, no como simple moda y estas dispuesto a ayudarnos encontrar o construir y liderar un equipo de agentes de IA que collaboren con nosotros.
