Experteer Overview In this role you lead Spain market development for a vitamin and nutritional supplements business, aligning with European objectives to grow B2B sales. You will build a commercial structure for a newly established subsidiary and pursue long-term partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other channels. You’ll shape go-to-market strategies, support product launches, and report KPIs to the European headquarters. - Lead the commercial strategy for Spain aligned with European objectives
- Grow sales and brand presence across B2B channels (distributors, retailers, modern trade, e-commerce, specialized channels)
- Identify, negotiate, and secure long-term strategic partnerships and key account agreements
- Explore and develop new distribution channels and market opportunities
- Build and structure the commercial activity of a recently established subsidiary
- Represent the company at industry trade fairs, exhibitions, and sector events
- Collaborate with Marketing to support sales initiatives and product launches
- Monitor KPIs, forecast, and report regularly to European HQResponsabilidades
- 5–7+ years of experience in senior commercial roles (National KAM, Sales Manager, or similar)
- Background in nutritional supplements, FMCG, pharma, health, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of Spanish B2B distribution channels
- Experience in start-up subsidiaries, scale-up environments, or building commercial structures
