Nuclio Talent is looking for a Head of Sales to lead the go-to-market strategy for the Spanish market at a Europe-based startup headquartered in Barcelona. Develop deep knowledge of the Spanish market, including competitive landscape, pricing, product localization, and legal requirements. Build, maintain, and continuously optimize the Sales Playbook, adapting messaging, pitches, and processes to each ICP and segment. Lead inbound and outbound acquisition initiatives, in close collaboration with Marketing, defining actions, campaigns, and performance tracking. Actively support the sales team on key deals, participating in meetings, call reviews, and closing processes. Analyze sales performance and recommend corrective actions, adjusting strategy, processes, resources, or team structure as needed. Build, hire, and develop a high-performing sales organization, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and accountability. Optimize sales processes, tools, and data discipline, ensuring Salesforce accuracy and standardization of best practices. Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration, acting as the voice of the Spanish market and aligning Sales with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and external partners. Strong B2B Tech sales experience, with 6+ years overall, including time as an Individual Contributor and at least 2 years in a sales management role. Deep expertise in SMB and outbound sales, particularly in non-mature markets requiring education-driven, transactional sales approaches. experience with French organizations is a strong plus. Data-driven and Sales Ops–oriented mindset, with strong command of KPIs, CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot), and Sales Playbook creation. Languages: fluent in English (French and Spanish is a plus).
