As a rapidly growing startup entering its scale-up phase, they are seeking a skilled and dynamic Growth & CRM Manager to join their team remotely.
* Drive inbound and outbound growth initiatives across the entire marketing funnel, from traffic generation to lead conversion
* Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across paid channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Google
* Test and explore new acquisition channels and emerging platforms
* Define frameworks for budget distribution, channel performance evaluation, and campaign measurement
* Own and manage the CRM system, ensuring clean data, scalable workflows, and reliable automation
* Build and maintain segmentation strategies to enable personalized, high-performing communications
* Manage integrations between CRM and advertising platforms to support accurate tracking and targeting
* Develop reporting dashboards, monitor pipeline performance, and translate data into actionable insights
Who you are
* 5-7 years of experience in a growth, marketing operations, or CRM-focused role
* Strong organizational and communication skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach
* Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of systems and processes
* Hands-on experience with paid acquisition platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
* Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
* Solid practical experience using HubSpot
