As Retail Manager you will lead and inspire our retail operation activities within Las Rozas Village, driving sales and ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience

About the role
* Ensure that Las Rozas Village achieves its retail strategy
* Develop retail strategies to drive business growth and commercial success
* Guide store managers on in-store standards and customer service
* Coordinate with learning and development on staff training
* Identifying and acquiring new products that drive innovation
* Analysing sales data and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
Role requirements
* Proven experience in international retail
* Ability to work well with all business levels
* Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical skills
* Customer-focused with a deep understanding of quality service
* Fluent in English and Spanish
