¡Hi! ¡We are Cheil Spain! brAt Cheil, we are looking for a Senior Event Manager to lead the planning, production, and execution of high-impact events for national and international clients. This role requires a hands-on, solutions-driven professional with strong operational expertise, capable of managing complex projects end-to-end while ensuring premium execution and attention to detail. brYou will be responsible for delivering outstanding brand experiences, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and specialized suppliers, and ensuring that every event meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and efficiency. brYour role at Cheil: Senior Event Manager brResponsabilities: brEnd-to-end event management: Lead the full lifecycle of events from briefing to execution and post-event analysis, ensuring seamless delivery across all stages. brProduction leadership: Oversee the production and execution of events, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to ensure flawless implementation. brPlanning operational excellence: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows, ensuring all moving parts are aligned and executed on time. brSupplier partner management: Source, negotiate, and manage specialized vendors (production, logistics, technical, venues, etc.), ensuring quality and cost efficiency. brBudget ownership: Build, manage, and optimize event budgets, ensuring profitability and financial control throughout the project. brOn-site execution: Lead on-the-ground operations during events, proactively resolving issues in real time and ensuring an impeccable experience. brRisk management problem-solving: Anticipate potential challenges, propose solutions, and make informed decisions under pressure. brCross-functional collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, account, and production teams to bring ideas to life with excellence. brClient interaction: Act as a trusted partner for clients during execution phases, ensuring transparency, confidence, and satisfaction. brQuality brand standards: Ensure all deliverables meet Cheil's premium standards and align with brand guidelines. Requirements: brMinimum 8 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or similar roles within agencies or production companies. brProven experience managing large-scale and/or complex events from concept to execution. brStrong operational and production knowledge, including logistics, technical setups, and supplier ecosystems. brHigh level of autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. brExcellent negotiation and vendor management skills. brStrong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make decisions under pressure. brExceptional organizational and time management skills. brStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. brAvailability to travel and attend events on-site. brHigh level of English.
