Mekanism is seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands-on SEM/PPC Campaign Manager to lead performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about paid media, results-oriented, and experienced in managing cross-platform performance campaigns that deliver measurable growth.
What You'll Do
* Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
* Own day-to-day account management, including keyword strategy, bidding, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
* Monitor performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS and CPA.
* Collaborate with creative, analytics, and client teams to ensure cohesive messaging and landing page alignment.
* Generate performance reports, develop strategic recommendations, and present directly to clients.
* Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats.
What We're Looking For
* 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
* Proven success in driving B2C and/or B2B lead generation and ecommerce performance.
* Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
* Strong understanding of audience segmentation, pixel/tracking implementation, and remarketing.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
