Descripción del empleo
* Shipment management from origin to destination.
* Incoterms knowledge.
* Adherence to internal procedures
* Data entry into our proprietary operating system
* Interact with our customers in order to assure an optimal service.
* Prepare the required documentation for international transportation.
* Receive and update shipment status in a timely manner; issue shipment arrival notices.
* Trace and track all inbound shipments.
Requisitos
* Studies: Logistics and transport, or related.
* Experience +1 year
* Computer skills for the use of Microsoft Office package (Intermediate Level).
* High level inEnglish
* A command of and previous experience in Customer Service.
* Communicative skills, flexibility, teamwork.
* Teamwork and active attitude
