Reporting to the Associate Director, you will be at the heart of our development strategy.
More than just a sales position, this is a key role with a direct impact on the company’s growth —and the potential to become a partner in the firm .

* Proven experience in IT services sales (IT services firms/IT consulting firms)
* Ideally, experience gained in an organization with €5 to €20 million in revenue
* Strong understanding of the insurance sector and IT challenges
* Proficiency in complex sales cycles
* Ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders
* Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and a strong results-oriented mindset
* Fluency in Spanish required — French and/or English preferred
* High-level Operational Technical Team
