We are looking for a Process Engineer to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives within an industrial environment. The selected candidate will play a key role in analyzing, documenting, and adapting existing work processes to new digital systems and platforms.
💻 What Will You Do?
* Analyze and document existing work processes for migration to new digital platforms.
* Transcribe and adapt existing work instructions from current systems into digital tools.
* Define and structure new digital work instructions aligned with operational needs.
* Review and optimize installation sequences .
* Ensure installation steps are aligned with defined process frameworks and roadmaps .
* Perform task time calculations using recognized time measurement methodologies.
* Develop operational sequences and process roadmaps following process engineering practices.
* Contribute to the development of new project management procedures and digital tools .
🎯 Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related.
* Experience in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields .
* Knowledge of process optimization methodologies, including techniques such as MTM (Methods-Time Measurement).
* Experience or knowledge in:
* Time measurement and time studies
* Process engineering and process optimization
* Workload balancing
* Definition and monitoring of production KPIs
* English level B2 or higher. Spanish or German is a plus.
* Experience in the wind energy sector or in manufacturing environments is considered an advantage.
