Beauty Advisor - Travel Retail - Madrid
We are seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor to join our Travel Retail team at Madrid airport. Reporting to a Retail Specialist, the successful candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for beauty, consistently achieve monthly sales targets, and provide excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Beauty Advisor in Travel Retail, your main responsibilities include:
* Delivering sales targets and ensuring outstanding customer service.
* Executing in-store excellence and building retailer support across the Coty portfolio in assigned stores.
* Maintaining up-to-date training on provided training apps and tools.
* Adhering to company uniform and grooming standards.
* Identifying and suggesting alternative and add-on sales, and trading up.
* Providing high service levels with retailers, agencies, and co-workers.
* Maintaining brand shelf layouts and executing promotional activities.
* Using store influence and POS tools to secure additional displays.
* Ensuring product availability, stock accuracy, and reporting issues.
* Maintaining visual display standards and housekeeping routines.
* Communicating effectively with the Coordinator and Retail Specialist.
* Building relationships with store staff and management, liaising with the Coty Geneva team when needed.
* Supporting temporary staff from agencies.
* Completing company paperwork accurately and submitting sales figures on time.
* Ensuring the efficient operation of the store at all times.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, maintains high grooming standards, and thrives in a fast-paced, diverse, international environment. Other requirements include:
* Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages like German are a plus.
* At least 1 year of sales experience in beauty or luxury retail (desirable).
* Flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile.
* Full-time availability with no restrictions on schedule, including weekends and shifts.
* Strong passion, ambition, and drive.
