NP Digital is seeking an energetic, passionate, and strategic VP of Business Development, who believes in the power of consultative selling, to help grow our rapidly expanding global business. We are looking for an experienced individual with a proven track record in business development to help NP Digital scale our operations.
Given the nature of these leads, the ideal candidate is very savvy in all forms of digital marketing and can have in-depth and strategic discussions with Director and VP level marketing resources on the client side.
You represent the company well at every stage of the process and consider integrity to be paramount. To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Spain and are required to be fluent in Spanish and English.
Successfully conduct sales calls and meetings to understand prospect needs and position NP Digital as a thought leader to help brands grow their digital presence
Research and create sales proposals and other forms of follow-up to advance the sales cycle and nurture prospects into customers
Expert at developing customized fee models and proposals for clients across digital performance media e.g. SEO, SEM, eComm, Paid Social, consultancy (both annualized and project-based opportunities)
Negotiate (along with the Managing Director) contract terms and SOW language
Participate in sales training and bring new ideas to the table to improve our process
At least +12 years enterprise sales or client services experience within a performance marketing agency (Paid Media, SEO, Content, social media, or Programmatic services)
Have a solid understanding of how marketing channel strategies work together, including SEO, paid search, social media, mobile, PR, and email
Panda, Penguin, Pigeon)
Strong experience with industry standard tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEOMoz, SEMrush, etc.)
Exceptional analytics, project management skills, writing and organizational skills
