Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Sommelier in managing and developing the resort’s wine program
* Curate and maintain wine lists aligned with the resort’s culinary concepts
* Provide expert wine recommendations to guests
* Deliver wine service to the highest luxury standards
* Support inventory management, and stock control
* Ensure proper storage, rotation, and handling of all wines
* Organize wine tastings, training sessions, and supplier presentations
* Train and mentor service employee on wine knowledge and pairing principles
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in a Sommelier or Assistant Sommelier role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment
* Strong knowledge of international wine regions and styles
* Recognized wine qualifications (WSET, CMS, or equivalent wine academy certifications required)
* Strong guest engagement and communication skills
* Fluency in english
* Fluency in a second language (Russian, German, French)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
* Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
