Job Description:
We are working for a multinational company leader within the Real Estate Assets sector looking for a Corporate Controller to manage and supervise the operational activities of consolidation and budgeting of the Group companies. Responsibilities include updating information in systems, controlling data received from departments, preparing files for analysis, and ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely information for decision-making.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise consolidation and budgeting activities across international companies, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
* Analyze budget deviations and propose improvements.
* Oversee data entry and system updates, providing effective support.
* Supervise cash flow control, inter-group reconciliations, and consolidation processes.
* Complete surveys and documentation for public bodies and investors to ensure compliance.
* Maintain documentation for future reference and audits.
* Provide reports, dashboards, and presentations for management to support decision-making.
* Advise companies on economic matters, budgeting, and process improvements.
* Collaborate with external auditors.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 8-10 years in a similar role as Corporate Business Controller in international companies, preferably in real estate (retail/industrial assets experience is a plus). Fluent in English and Spanish.
Educational Background
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
* Knowledge of Controlling essential.
