ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Java FullStack Architect / Tech Lead, you’ll drive the design and development of scalable low / no-code solutions, enabling safe and efficient developer forking flows. You’ll lead a skilled team, provide technical direction, and collaborate across functions to turn complex business needs into high-quality, maintainable systems. This role offers ownership, innovation, and the chance to shape impactful products in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Lead the architecture and development of low / no-code solutions to support safe and isolated developer forking flows;
* Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions;
* Ensure high-quality code through design reviews, code reviews, and adherence to best practices;
* Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation;
* Champion innovation and technical excellence while balancing delivery timelines and business goals.
MUST HAVES
* 8+ years of professional software development experience, with deep expertise in Java, and Spring;
* 3+ years of leadership experience (Tech Lead, Architect, or similar);
* Experience with responsive web applications using JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS, or similar;
* Strong knowledge of architectural principles, system design, and distributed systems;
* Experience in designing secure, multi-tenant, and scalable SaaS solutions;
* Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, and domain-driven design ;
* Hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices (CI / CD, containerization, cloud platforms);
* Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
* Proven abilityto deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a fast-paced environment with clear delivery goals;
* Upper-Intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
* Experience with low-code / no-code platforms or workflow automation tools;
* Knowledge of frontend state management (Redux, Context API, etc.) and UI / UX considerations.
