Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bornova for a Health Tourism Sales Team Leader. The role involves leading and managing a sales team to achieve goals for healthcare tourism services. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, working collaboratively with team members, driving customer acquisition, maintaining partnerships, and providing outstanding customer service to international clients.
Qualifications
Strong Team Management and leadership skills to motivate and guide a sales team.
Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to drive customer acquisition and ensure client satisfaction.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and partners.
Analytical Skills to assess sales performance and develop impactful strategies.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus for engaging with an international clientele.
Experience in the health tourism or healthcare sector is a strong advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
