In this role, you will work on consolidation, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements. Reporting directly to the Consolidation Manager, you will play a crucial part in our consolidation team performing financial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesConsolidate monthly financial results, under IFRS standards, across approximately 50 legal entities to provide actionable insights.Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting policies, assure its application in affiliated companies and joint ventures, and maintain internal control standards throughout the consolidation process.Elaborate Molins Consolidated Annual Accounts and Consolidated Interim Accounts (half-yearly), based on the requirements of a stock-listed company according to the Spanish CNMV.Monitor and analyze reporting packages in affiliated companies and joint ventures, in compliance with deadlines.Contribute to standardization and implementation of procedures, policies, and controls to ensure quality of information in the consolidation process.Prepare supporting documentation for external and internal auditors.Assist with additional reporting requirements as needed.What Do We Offer?Competitive salary + bonus.Hybrid and flexible remote work model.Shorter workdays on Fridays and during summer.Canteen with special prices for employees.Physiotherapy services at reduced rates.Flexible compensation options (restaurant tickets, medical insurance).We are hiring a professional who meets the following requirements:
At least 4-6 years of proven experience in a similar position in a multinational company, preferably in the industrial sector, or as an auditor in a Big4 firm.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics. Master’s in Finance/Audit will be valued.In-depth knowledge of IFRS and Spanish GAAP.Knowledge of HFM Consolidation and SAP.Knowledge of Workiva and MS PowerBI will be valued.Fluent in English and Spanish.Skills:
