The role focuses on backend development, infrastructure as code, and cloud-based solutions within a regulated financial environment.The ideal candidate combines hands-on development skills with solid database knowledge and understands the quality, security, and compliance standards required in enterprise banking systems.Responsibilities:Design and develop backend services using Python.Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform.Develop and operate cloud-native solutions on GCP (Google Cloud Platform).Work with relational databases (design, optimization, query tuning).Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.Ensure compliance with banking security and regulatory standards.Support production systems and participate in incident analysis when needed.Mandatory Skills:Strong experience with Python (backend development, APIs, services).Hands-on experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).Practical experience with GCP.Solid understanding of database systems and data modeling.Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.Understanding of secure coding practices.Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.Nice-to-Have Skills:Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, performance tuning).Experience with API-based Customer Search services or similar backend systems.Knowledge of RESTful API design principles.Experience with monitoring/logging tools.Experience in banking or financial services domain. xiphtebGerman language (beneficial but not mandatory).Languages:English: B2-C1
