This position supports the growth of Fortra’s customer database through lead generation campaigns, following up on marketing-generated leads and direct dial campaigns to generate prospects for Regional Sales Managers. This entry-level role offers a base salary plus commissions and exciting career growth opportunities in sales or marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Generate leads for new software and services.
* Conduct calling campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers.
* Facilitate cross-sell referrals.
* Manage communication, negotiation, and processing of current customer license transfers and upgrades.
* Arrange product overview demos for customers needing education on their licensed software.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Professional representation of the company and its products.
* Ability to influence and persuade others.
* Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
