The Global Performance Marketing Manager - B2B will be responsible for managing paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant upcoming channels such as TikTok) to drive B2B growth. You will strengthen our paid marketing team with your expertise in paid ads channels and your ability to think both analytically and creatively.How will you make an impact?
Be the global subject matter expert and owner for paid advertising in lead generation at Docplanner (Google Ads and paid social)Ensure high lead volume from paid marketing channels while maintaining lead quality, budget, and CPA goalsServe as a strategic advisor and mentor for junior paid marketersForecast, set, and monitor budgets in collaboration with local marketersDevelop hypotheses to improve paid advertising and work with local teams to test themAnalyze campaign performance with stakeholders and recommend improvementsSupport junior team members and assist with day-to-day tasks when neededProactively improve processes and workflows as the organization growsCollaborate with the Head of Paid Marketing to document and enhance processesQualifications
What will help you thrive?
4+ years of experience managing paid search and social campaigns, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads;
experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok is a plusKnowledge of modern targeting strategies and automation, with proven ad optimization techniquesAbility to brief teams on creative needs and experience with visual ads;
filming video ads is a bonusExperience in lead generation roles, preferably in SaaSExcellent analytical and spreadsheet skills;
familiarity with onlinemarketing toolsExperience with Smart Bidding strategies targeting CPA and CPLStrong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentAbility to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sourcesProficiency in business English;
knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German, or Polish is a plusPeople management experience is preferred but not requiredLocation:
