What we expect
- Act as program and project manager to define and drive to implementation key strategic initiatives with TKE R&D; function (examples: support the definition of scope/team/schedule/communication plan for major product developments, work closely with the global Head of R&D; to ensure execution of Transformation Initiatives, lead implementation of efficiency initiatives - e.g - general processes & tools)
- Lead temporary task-forces to solve issues/unblock roadblocks in key development projects, working together with globally distributed teams
- Consult, coach and train project managers, leaders and teams worldwide on project management best practices and product development processes.
Who we are looking for
- Project/Program/Portfolio Mgmt. knowledge and hands-on experience
- Strong experience in Product Development Processes & Project Management Processes & Tools in global environments.
- Ability to lead initiatives without authority in a matrix organization: create plans, drive alignment across functions and monitor implementation.
- 5 years of work experience (program management or consultancy roles preferred), ideally in an international /multicultural environment.
- Academic degree in engineering or business.
- Analytical with outstanding facilitation and communication skills. Ability to tailor reports and communications for the Executive levels.
- Able to identify and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to build strong good working relationships with management and team.
- Strong personality to be able to convince people is part of your profile.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and high English level (min B2)
- Willingness to travel+
