You will be both a strategic advisor and a hands-on contributor in shaping, delivering, and optimizing the organization’s CRM environment to transform the patient and customer journey.
Main responsibilities :
Strategic & Advisory
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations leadership to define Salesforce roadmap supporting patient acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Shape Salesforce strategy to optimize the patient lifecycle - from first contact through treatment and long-term care.
- Stay abreast of Salesforce platform developments (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Einstein AI) and advise stakeholders on their potential value.
- Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, local data privacy requirements).
- Represent business needs in IT planning and portfolio management, balancing short-term enhancements with long-term strategy.
Hands-On & Delivery
- Translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Manage Salesforce backlog: prioritize enhancements, oversee sprints/releases, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Partner with IT architects to integrate Salesforce with EHR/EMR, ERP and Data platforms, billing systems, and third-party fertility/healthcare applications.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance are embedded in all solutions.
Value Realization & Adoption
- Define KPIs such as patient lead conversion, referral success, engagement metrics, and case resolution time to track CRM impact.
- Drive user adoption and change management through enablement, communication, and training activities.
- Identify opportunities for process automation (e.g., appointment scheduling, referral tracking, treatment progress notifications) to increase ROI.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the single point of contact between IT and business for CRM topics.
- Build trust with business leaders by providing thought leadership and tangible solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and decision-making sessions with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build strong partnerships with vendors and Salesforce consultants to deliver industry-specific solutions.
What you need :
Academic training : Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s a plus).
Experience :
- 7+ years of IT/business partnering, product ownership, or business analysis experience with at least 3–5 years in Salesforce CRM.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud is a plus).
- Experience working in the healthcare, fertility, or life sciences sector with knowledge of patient/customer lifecycle is a plus.
Technical Skills :
- Familiarity with the integration of Salesforce with EHR/EMR or patient management systems – is a plus.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, local health data protection laws) is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications preferred (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant).
