We are looking to onboard a People & Culture Specialist to join our Commercial & Marketing Department. This role is focused on the qualitative development of HR processes, with special impact on Retail, Ecommerce, and Marketing teams — including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, performance, and employee engagement.
This role will act as a trusted support to the CCMO, assisting in managing priorities, internal coordination, and strategic follow-up within a dynamic and international environment.
⚠️ Please note: this role does not manage payroll, contracts, or administrative HR tasks. These are handled by our Finance & Administration team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead recruitment processes across Commercial, Retail and Marketing teams.
* Act as the main point of contact between the Retail network and HQ for all qualitative HR-related matters (recruitment, onboarding, performance, and engagement).
* Design and implement onboarding programs that accelerate integration and cultural alignment.
* Support performance management, feedback culture, and talent identification systems.
* Promote well-being and engagement initiatives across store teams and headquarters.
* Assist in defining roles, structures, and development frameworks within the department.
* Prepare presentations, strategic reports, and meeting materials.
* Follow up on cross-functional projects and internal communications.
* Act as a liaison between the CCMO and team leaders, ensuring smooth execution.
REQUIREMENTS
* 3–5 years of experience in qualitative HR roles within the fashion, luxury, or retail sector.
* Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, team performance, and people development.
* Prior experience supporting C-level executives is highly valued.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is a must.
* Strong sense of organization, autonomy, and discretion.
* Academic background in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or similar.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT) and digital tools (Teams, PowerBI, etc.).
