Sales Manager / Technician – Pemamek Iberia

The Role

Pemamek is now looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Manager / Technician to join Pemamek team in Zaragoza. In this role, you will drive sales of robotic welding solutions in heavy-duty welding applications, working closely with customers to position offers a unique combination of technical and commercial responsibilities, backed by strong support from Pemamek’s experts in Finland and across the globe.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and grow sales with existing accounts while acquiring new customers in Spain
* Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
* Manage sales projects from first contact through delivery and installation
* Travel extensively (approx. 50% of working time) to customer sites, fairs, and industry events
* Collaborate closely with the Iberia sales team and report to Sales Director, Iberia

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, a full car benefit, and a performance-based annual bonus of up to 15%.


What is offered

* Technical degree (engineering, robotics, or similar)
* Experience in technical sales and knowledge of robotics. Welding industry expertise is a plus. Also experience in project management as well as in programming are beneficial
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand complex technical solutions
* Fluent in Spanish and English (technical English required)
* Willingness to travel and ability to work independently while being a strong team player
