As a Technical Leader for Product Development in GMV's ITS team, you will steer architecture decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions. You will act as a technical reference, shaping design, performance, and quality across critical features, while mentoring the team. You’ll collaborate with product managers to translate objectives into viable technical plans and drive best practices, testing, and CI/CD. This role offers hybrid work, international mobility, and a chance to influence innovative transportation solutions.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software, or related field
• Deep mastery of object-oriented programming, SOLID, Clean Architecture
• Knowledge of design patterns
• Decision-making for maintainability, performance and cost
• Strong testing culture (unit, xpzdshu integration, end-to-end)
• Code review and technical debt control
• CI/CD, test automation, deployment; ability to define pipelines
• Microservices-based architecture
• Cloud architectures
• Desirable: C#, TypeScript; .NET CORE, REACT; SQL Server; RESTful APIs
