Requirements
- Knowledge of the basic betting terms and mechanics;
- Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for player retention and return;
- Experience with client segmentation;
- Strong English skills, with the ability to write and communicate briefs and tasks;
- Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods;
- Understanding of basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize marketing activities;
- Analytical mindset;
- Knowledge of marketing and niche metrics: LTV, ARPU, RR, CR, GGR, NGR, etc;
- Knowledge of esports disciplines that constantly appear in the lines (names of tournaments, teams, clubs, top players, logos, etc.).
Will be plus
- Understanding the odds in betting and how to calculate them;
- Experience working with analytics tools: GA, Tableau, Voluum, Power BI, Google Data Studio.
- Being an esports fan.
