The HR Data Excellence Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the HR Data framework to ensure process robustness and high data quality levels, enabling data-driven decisions regarding people. This role will oversee the implementation of HR Data Foundations to create business value through trustworthy data discovery and availability across various business processes and knowledge domains.

Your key responsibilities :
* Monitor HR Data management across systems and sources, ensuring data quality, integrity, consistency, and completeness.
* Coordinate People & HR Data Governance, deploying Group Data standards, security policies, and procedures within HR.
* Present at the Data Quality Council, contribute to data governance initiatives, raise data quality awareness within HR, and manage the Data Governance community.
* Manage HR data improvement projects from scoping to implementation, ensuring timely, within-budget, high-quality deliverables.
* Collaborate on preparing and presenting People Analytics reports.
* Support the implementation of People & HR Data Analytics strategy.

You bring
* A university degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics; Master's preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience, with ability to analyze, manage, and validate large datasets.
* Proficiency with analytics tools (PowerBi, Python, SQL, Power Query) and understanding of databases and data structures.
* A data-driven mindset with high standards of quality, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
* Methodical, structured, analytical, creative problem-solving skills, project management abilities, good communication, and teamwork skills.
