We are seeking enthusiastic SEM Specialists to join our team, delivering excellent service to clients and shaping the future of paid search within our organization.
The role involves managing search engine campaigns (Google, Bing) across various formats (text, Performance Max, Demand Gen, App Campaigns, YouTube, etc.) to ensure relevant, optimized results aligned with client briefs and needs.
The following are your key responsibilities across different phases:
Planning
* Study relevant keywords for the product or service.
* Estimate investment related to keywords for the campaign period.
* Plan based on campaign duration and objectives, including impressions, site traffic, sales, and costs.
Activation
* Create Google Ads account, link billing profile, and set campaign budget.
* Create client-approved content using Google Editor.
* Configure account parameters (location, language, budget, scheduling, tracking, URL parameters).
* Sync account with bid measurement and optimization tools (SA360, Marin, etc.).
* Activate the full account.
Monitoring
* Monitor budget and KPIs (impressions, clicks, CPC, costs).
* Ensure proper conversion tracking.
* Prepare and deliver tracking reports.
* Analyze data and suggest improvements.
* Identify growth and optimization opportunities.
* Review and update ad copies and URLs as needed.
Optimization
* Implement changes to meet objectives and improve KPIs.
* Update content for new products/services.
* Develop and present optimization proposals.
* Adjust technology to improve results and reduce costs.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or Digital Marketing, and at least 2 years of SEM process experience.
