They are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to cover the geographies of Portugal and Spain to join their team in Lisbon or Madrid.RESPONSIBILITIESOverseeing the entire business development process; using and updating the CRM systemSeeking new business opportunities in Spain and PortugalProspecting companies looking to implement activities on a national level, in line with the strategy defined by the company’s Business Development departmentMaintaining and developing your network of contacts and information likely to generate new business opportunities for the companyParticipating in networking eventsEstablishing specific Customer Account Plans (developing and defining a sales strategy and action plan)Determining the commercial environment of offers to establish the appropriate sales strategy to obtain maximum added valueExecuting account plans and updating the sales strategy and action plan to identify and qualify projects; make binding commercial offers for the company’s technical resources; signing design & build contracts with performance commitmentsPROFILEDegree qualified in Business Development, Engineering, Architecture, or similarAt least 10 years of experience in selling turnkey construction projectsStrong knowledge of urbanisation, construction legislation, and financial aspects of construction projectsFluency in spoken and written Portuguese and Spanish, with English or French an advantageThe right to live and work in the EUAPPLICATION PROCESSIf you fulfil the minimum requirements stipulated by our client and are confidentially interested in applying, then please drop Linum Consult a line with a copy of your CV and contact details to europe@linumconsult.com for the attention of Neill Donald.
