Customer Support Manager - California / West Coast
The Customer Support Manager provides advice and assistance to New and Pre-Owned coach customers in the California / West Coast territory.
Responsibilities :
* Set service priorities in the territory.
* Provide prompt and professional customer service and support.
* Collaborate with regional sales teams and local service centers.
* Diagnose vehicle performance issues and carry out repairs or suggest solutions.
* Coordinate activities with outside suppliers for vehicle repairs.
* Implement and manage after-sale service or warranty programs.
* Provide data to measure results and assess risks of work plans.
* Organize training to help customers resolve mechanical issues independently.
* Balance customer expectations with internal procedures and priorities.
* Stay updated on technical developments to inform customers.
* Work collaboratively with Sales, Parts, and network locations.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Maintain confidentiality of organizational and personal information.
* Enforce company policies, rules, and values.
* Contribute to company objectives through resource management.
* Foster teamwork and communication.
* Develop personal and professional skills.
* Represent Prevost professionally at all times.
* Fluent English and Spanish preferred.
* Willingness to travel to Canada.
* Residence near LA or San Francisco preferred.
Education and Experience :
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
* Experience in fleet management preferred but not required.
* Diploma in automotive mechanics or related field, or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements :
* Stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
* Use hands for gripping, grasping, and twisting.
* Work shifts of 12 hours or more, including nights and weekends.
* Lift overhead loads up to 50 pounds.
* Understand safety and hazardous communication information.
* Travel extensively by car, airplane, or motorcoach.
* Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

At Volvo Group, we offer a transparent compensation approach. The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000, plus potential bonuses, depending on factors like location, experience, and skills.
