Setting the OMNI strategy for your market portfolioNegotiate with key property owners and agentsOptimizing our portfolio through opening, renegotiating, rebuilding, moving and closing storesFinding top locations and deals for new portfolio brands and stores in accordance with roadmapWHO YOU’LL WORK WITHYou´ll work closely with the Expansion Team, Controlling and legal departments. Active participating in cross-functional initiatives within H&M group.WHO YOU AREWe are looking for people with...At least 3 years working experience within leasing, real estate or a similar role and with experience in the retail real estate market (its potential OMNI, market places and physical brick& mortar, relevant competition, high street and shopping center locations.)Leasing management knowledge, understanding of lease contracts and real estate lawProven track record of leasing transactions, negotiations and business case simulationStrong in planning and executing together with a “can-do attitude” and self-motivating way of working in which constant improvement is part of your way of workingFlexibility to travel within the market on a frequent basis.Fluent in Spanish & English.WHO WE AREH&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
