- Provide support and guidance on our platform and training products, answering questions and helping clients make informed decisions.

- Achieve targets while focusing on customer satisfaction.Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (C1+).
- High level of English (spoken and written) – essential for internal communication.
- Previous sales experience will be valued (call center, telesales, or customer-facing roles, etc).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
