PReporting to the Global Head Total Rewards HR Digitalization, the Global Compensation Mobility Partner drives Siegfried’s global compensation and mobility agenda to attract, reward, and retain top talent while fostering a high-performance and transparent pay culture. /ppbr/ppThe role manages and supports global compensation and mobility programs ensuring competitiveness, fairness, and compliance worldwide. As a trusted partner to HR and business leaders, this position combines analytical expertise and collaboration to deliver practical solutions, build capability through training and guidance, and lead or support key global projects in compensation and mobility that strengthen Siegfried’s Total Rewards strategy and employee experience. /ppbr/ppstrongMain Duties and Responsibilities /strong /ppbr/ppstrongemCompensation Frameworks Processes: /em /strong /ppbr/pulliSupport the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Siegfried’s global compensation philosophy, job architecture, and grading structure. /liliManage and execute annual compensation processes including budgeting, data validation, analysis, and post-cycle reviews. /liliParticipate in the design, modelling, and delivery of global Short-Term Incentive (STI) and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plans. /liliProvide analytical support and recommendations for salary offers, promotions, and retention actions in collaboration with HR Business Partners. /liliConduct market benchmarking using external survey data and maintain Siegfried’s pay structures and market positioning. /liliPartner with HR Digitalization (HRIS) to ensure accurate system setup and data integrity for all pay cycles in Workday. /liliSupport the execution of pay equity analyses and the implementation of pay transparency standards across Siegfried’s geographies. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongemGlobal Mobility: /em /strong /ppbr/pulliManage the administration and governance of Siegfried’s global mobility programs, including short-term and long-term assignments, and permanent transfers. /liliProvide advisory support to HR teams and managers on mobility policy interpretation, cost estimates, allowances, and relocation packages. /liliCoordinate assignment management with external vendors and ensure compliance with global tax and social security requirements. /liliMaintain visibility on Siegfried’s global mobile population and ensure accurate data and reporting of mobility costs and compliance indicators. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongemProject Management Continuous Improvement: /em /strong /ppbr/pulliLead or support global compensation and mobility projects, such as: /liliJob architecture implementation or updates /liliIncentive plan redesigns or harmonization /liliPay equity and transparency initiatives /liliMobility policy review and governance improvement /liliContribute to process digitalization and automation projects in collaboration with HRIS, Finance, and Legal. /liliIdentify opportunities for efficiency, standardization, and innovation within compensation and mobility processes. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongemBusiness Partnering, Awareness Enablement: /em /strong /ppbr/pulliAct as a trusted partner to HR Business Partners and site HR teams on compensation and mobility topics. /liliDeliver training, workshops, and communication materials to strengthen awareness and understanding of global pay and mobility frameworks. /liliProvide guidance and consultation to managers and HR on compensation decisions, internal equity, and assignment packages. /liliSupport change management and communication activities related to new Total Rewards initiatives and process changes. /liliContribute to building a culture of pay transparency, fairness, and reward education across Siegfried. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongemAnalytics Reporting: /em /strong /ppbr/pulliDevelop and maintain compensation dashboards and analytics to support leadership insights and decision-making. /liliPartner with Finance and HR to ensure accurate accruals, cost modeling, and reporting. /liliSupport the preparation of data and insights for the annual Remuneration Report, ESG reporting, and DEI pay metrics. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongYour Profile /strong /ppbr/ppstrongemuEducation: /u /em /strong /ppbr/ppemuRequired: /u /em /ppBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. /ppbr/pp emuPreferred: /u /em /ppMaster’s degree in Human Resources, Compensation Benefits, or International Business. /ppbr/ppstrongemuWork Experience: /u /em /strong /p pemuRequired: /u /em /ppAt least 5 years of experience in Compensation, Mobility, or Total Rewards within a multinational organization. /ppProven experience managing or supporting annual compensation processes and/or international mobility programs. /ppbr/ppemuPreferred: /u /em /ppExperience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or manufacturing industry. /ppExposure to job architecture, pay equity analysis, or global HR system implementation (e.g., Workday). /ppbr/ppstrongemuTechnical Skills: /u /em /strong /p pemuRequired: /u /em /ppStrong analytical and data modelling skills. /ppExperience with compensation surveys and market benchmarking methodologies. /ppWorking knowledge of global mobility taxation, relocation, and immigration processes. /ppFamiliarity with HR systems and reporting tools (preferably Workday). /ppbr/ppemuPreferred: /u /em /ppExperience with mobility or compensation management systems. /ppUnderstanding of pay transparency regulations and global compliance trends. /ppKnowledge of incentive accounting principles. /ppbr/ppstrongemuCore Competencies: /u /em /strong /p pemuRequired: /u /em /ppStrong collaboration and influencing skills with HR and business stakeholders. /ppAbility to translate technical compensation and mobility concepts into clear, actionable guidance. /ppDetail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple global processes simultaneously. /ppExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. /ppFluent written and verbal communication in English. /ppbr/ppemuPreferred: /u /em /ppProficiency in English is required; other languages are a strong plus. /ppCultural agility and ability to work effectively across regions. /ppProject management and change leadership capability. /ppCuriosity, learning mindset,
