TERCIO and its West Lyon office are recruiting for one of their clients, specialized in the manufacturing & distribution of connected medical devices, a:Sales Representative / Business Developer (m/f)Your missionReporting to the Sales Management, you are responsible for developing new business and managing client accounts within your assigned territory, covering Northern Spain and the Central region. You play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads into long-term customers.In this context, your main responsibilities are:Define and master your sales territory, including prospects, market dynamics, and competitorsIdentify and approach qualified prospects through cold calling, field prospecting, and digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, Instagram)Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, and technical demonstrations (medical devices, software, or related solutions)Convert qualified leads (provided by SDR teams or self-sourced) into customersNegotiate contracts in line with the company’s pricing policy and ensure deal closureManage follow-ups and maintain strong, long-term customer relationshipsTrack sales performance and ensure reporting against revenue targetsShare customer insights and market feedback with Customer Success and Product teamsContribute to marketing and promotional actions, including trade fairs and congressesYour profile You have a successful background in B2B sales, with a strong focus on new business development, ideally in a fast-growing environment.Minimum 5 years of commercial experience preferredProfessional level of English & Spanish requiredExperience in healthcare, medical devices, connected objects, software, or related industries is a strong advantageProven experience in cold calling, field sales, and digital prospectingComfortable delivering technical product demonstrations and training clients on software solutionsStrong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skillsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesGood command of CRM tools, particularly SalesforceWillingness to travel across Northern Spain and the Central area (including Madrid)Salary & benefits : 35,000€ fixed salary gross per year, up to 20,000€, company car provided
