Air Belgium is recruiting an experienced and highly motivated Technical & Engineering Manager (NPH) to lead our CAMO and all maintenance related activities. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of airworthiness, safety, and technical performance across our present and future fleet.
This is a leadership position where you’ll play a central role in the technical direction of the airline, reporting directly to the Accountable Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the CAMO and technical maintenance teams
* Oversee the continued airworthiness of Air Belgium’s aircraft fleet in accordance with EASA regulations
* Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and safety requirements
* Manage technical projects, maintenance planning, and engineering support
* Act as the nominated postholder (NPH) for Technical & Maintenance as defined by aviation authorities
* Liaise with regulatory bodies, manufacturers, and external maintenance providers
* Develop and maintain internal processes for optimal maintenance performance and safety
* Provide strategic insight into aircraft maintenance, reliability, and cost control
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in CAMO management and aircraft maintenance operations
* Strong technical background with a relevant engineering or aeronautical degree
* Solid understanding of EASA Part-CAMO and Part-145 regulations
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Eligible to work and live in Belgium
