What we’re looking for Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience. Strong Python skills (Rust/C++ a plus). 2–3 years in software engineering (ML/data science focus preferred). Cloud experience (AWS), Git, CI/CD. Strong coding standards (testing, clean design, documentation). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Bonus points Experience with LLMs (HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs, vector databases). Distributed computing (Ray, Spark, GPU training/inference). Algorithm optimization and scalable software design.
