The Position
You will report to the Finance & Procurement Lead, will be leading a team of individual contributors and will play a key role in the Finance & Operations organizations.
You foster collaboration across teams, (Finance, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Technical Services, Regulatory & Quality and Legal teams) and support the organization to identify and prioritize 3rd party partnering needs ensuring optimal investment of the company resources.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Market knowledge: Develop an outstanding knowledge of the suppliers landscape, market trend and innovations in the diagnostics business
* Early involvement on the 3rd party solutions, products and services needs identified by marketing, service or sales teams that best suits business requirements to successfully participate in public tenders in the supply of diagnostics solutions;
* Suppliers Onboarding: In alignment with the business, ensure an effective scouting process of strategic partners and ownership in leading the negotiation process based on the established strategy;
* Supplier relationship management: lead the process to establish a fruitful collaboration aimed to increase the efficiency, improve commercial conditions, search and implement new approaches and technologies
* Contract management: Oversee and ensure an effective and timely process for the supplier contract set-up, in coordination with the other involved functions, in order to carry out all activities for the services / products activation applying the company directives in terms of procurement policy and legal framework;
* Processes: Implement and execute robust yet agile and fit-for-purpose source to pay processes contributing to the effectiveness of the overall strategy; lead and support the implementation of new processes and technologies;
* Supplier performance: Contribute to the supplier performance review, due diligence and risk assessment translating insights into actionable plans to remediate issues and improve quality;
* Procurement Insights: Analyze spend data to provide actionable insights that contribute to define strategies and rationalize investment and spend by customers and procured categories
* Collaboration: both across the different functional areas strengthening the networking to deliver better outcomes as with the international procurement working groups strengthening the networking to overcome barriers;
* Cross collaboration with Indirect Procurement team
Beyond your area of responsibilities, you will be jointly accountable for the Finance & Operations transformation journey, fostering an environment that promotes collaboration and a customer centricity that inspires and motivates teams to develop and adopt an agile way of working.

* You excel at combining your expertise with curiosity and a deep understanding of processes and business needs
* With strong negotiation skills and strategic decision-making, you lead the team to support and contribute to the company's sustainability strategy
Qualifications And Experience
* Higher Education Degree Engineering, Business, Scientific Degree,
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in multinational environment,
* Excellent knowledge of Source to Pay fundamentals and good attitude to deal with innovative technologies;
* Ability to understand business context and to apply judgment towards prioritization and decision-making;
* Hands on digital skills (SAP, microsoft office, procurement tools, digital mindset)
* Solid track-record in project management and process optimization management
* Supplier management, conflict management and negotiation skills
* Fluent level of Spanish and high level of English
